• Please be aware of the parking signs on Main St. We do have a parking lot located directly behind the salon for clients. You will need a pass that we provide to be visibly shown in your car. 1213 Hair Studio is not responsible for tickets or towing fines.

• Children under the age of 18 are welcome while they are receiving services. A parent or legal guardian must be present. As a courtesy to other salon guests, it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times.

• Please provide 48 hours notice if it is necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment. In the event that you miss three appointments without contacting the salon we will only be able to serve you as a walk in client. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. If time is critical to your schedule on a particular date, please make us aware of any time constraints when scheduling your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you. Large appointments may be asked to reserve the appointment time with a credit card.

• For salon services, we provide changing gowns. Gowns are laundered after each use. In conjunction with your hair salon professional covering you with a cape for servicing, we do our utmost to protect you and your remaining clothing items in a professional manner. We are not responsible for any stained clothing or items during servicing. If you are more comfortable and prefer bringing a “play” shirt and/or pants that can endure possible staining, that is a terrific idea.

• All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. Credit for salon services is not an option, including postdated checks. All returned checks will incur a $35.00 service charge. We accept all major credit cards. If you chose to leave gratuity for your service provider, it can be accepted in forms of cash or check.

• Walk-ins and Same day Appointments – Walk-ins and same day appointments are welcome. Please keep in mind the majority of our salon professionals preschedule appointments for their clientele. Therefore, we recommend that you schedule your next treatment or service prior to leaving 1213 Hair studio to ensure you receive the appointment that best suits your schedule. . If you are a new client, please arrive 10 - 15 minutes to allow for consultation time with your stylist.

• For Blow out services on non relaxed hair, price may vary according to length and volume of hair.

• Product Returns or Exchanges: All product returns must be within 30 days. A store credit will be issued for opened products and a full refund will be issued for unopened products.

• Gift Cards: Gift cards to 1213 Hair Studio make an ideal year-round gift for any occasion. Available at the reception desk in any amount, gift cards can be used to purchase services or products.responsibility.

•Salon Price Increases: To celebrate our stylists achievements, they will earn an annual increase of $3 to services. To offset the impact of inflation on raw goods and materials, we have a minor yearly increase on salon services every October 1st. This allows us to continue to provide our clients the highest level of customer service and integrity with our choice in products.
