BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
Our Salon Coordinators are available during our normal business hours for all of your scheduling needs. Our services are booked on a first come first       
serve basis. Pre-booked appointments are suggested to guarantee your desired date and time. We do accept walk-ins and same-day appointments upon availability. For the protection of our stylists livelihood , we require a credit card on file to hold appointments for your scheduled services. We ask for a              minimum of 48 hours notice if it is necessary to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To make any changes to your appointment during our closed hours, please email us at info@1213hairstudio.com. Note that our cancellation policy will still be in effect even during closed hours.
-NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS: All no call/no show appointments will result in a FULL CHARGE for payment of the the stylist's time. 
-NEW CLIENT CANCELLATIONS: Failure to provide at least 48 hours cancellation notice for new client bookings will result in a 75% charge for the booked      appointment time. 
-LOYAL CLIENT CANCELLATIONS: Failure to provide at least 48 hours cancellation notice for return clients will result in a 50% charge for the booked appointment time.
-REPEAT OFFENSES: Multiple last minute cancellations may result in PREPAYMENT status, where services will be required to be paid in full prior to booking. Refunds will not be granted for reschedules within a 48 hour or less timeframe.
• PAYMENTS AND GRATUITY
For services rendered, all payments are expected on the same day of your booked appointment. We accept all major credit cards as well as cash or
check. Credit for salon services is not available including post-dated checks. Returned checks will incur a $35.00 service charge. Should you choose
to thank your stylist with a gratuity, we accept those in cash only. Envelopes are provided at the front desk for your use and discretion. 
• PRICING
The salon is on a 5 tier level system depending on each stylists experience, demand and education. While working with our studio, each stylist is              encouraged to meet certain educational requirements on a regular basis to guarantee that every client receives the highest quality of service. To              celebrate their achievements, they earn an annual increase to their hourly service rate. As well, there is a salon-wide service increase to offset the            impact of inflation on raw goods and materials. This increase allows us to provide our clients a high level of customer service along with integrity
with our choice in professional products. Occasionally, your stylist will need extra time and/or product to accommodate your request. Should this be
 the case at the time of your appointment, an additional cost will occur. Please discuss any concerns you may have during your consultation time. 
• RETURNS
Love your hair, or let us know. We'll alway do our best to make it right! Should you have any concerns regarding your services, please call within a
 7-day time frame to let us know so that we may happily work with you to to get it just right. We do not offer refunds for hair services. For product                returns within a 15-day time frame we will issue a full refund. Returns past 15 days will result in a credit on your account in the full amount. 
• GIFT CERTIFICATES
1213 Hair Studio Gift Certificates are available year round for gifts that are perfect for any occasion. They are available at our front desk in any                amount requested. Gift Certificates can be redeemed responsibly for both products and services
• GENERAL INFORMATION
-PARKING: 
Behind the building parking is available and you are welcome to use our back door entrance. Please request a daily parking pass from the front desk
 to avoid being towed during your visit to the salon. Parking passes are REQUIRED to park in the lot. Street parking is also available, but please be            aware of parking signs. 1213 Hair Studio is not responsible for any parking tickets or towing fees. 
-CHANGING GOWNS:
Changing gowns are provided for your services to provide you with protection for your personal belongings against any staining or water that may
occur during your appointment. Our gowns are laundered after each use. In conjunction with your gown, we provide a towel and styling cape. We do
 our utmost to protect you and your belongings during your visit. 1213 Hair Studio is not responsible for any stained clothing or belongings if the gown
is not utilized properly. 
-CHILDREN:
We LOVE children!!! We simply ask that children under the age of 13 without an appointment  be accompanied by an adult not receiving services.            Children under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian or parent available to receive services. As a courtesy to our staff and clients, and as a safety    to your child, it is your responsibility to monitor them at all times.
